I placed plaster cloth on the ridge that will sit behind the brewery.

I decided this time to take advantage of the design feature that the ridge could be moved. I set up a workspace on my table. This will keep any mess off the brewery complex pavement.

I cut pieces of plaster cloth off the roll. I dipped the pieces into the pan of water. I applied them to the surface starting at the bottom working my way up. I tried to overlap edges by around an inch. I did not let the plaster cloth over hang the top edges of the ridge. I cut the pieces so they would end right at the edges.

I let the plaster cloth dry before I moved the ridge back to the layout. I will need to build and attach tunnel abutments before I start applying Sculptamold.
