11-20-10 Foundations and Roads Part 6

I created the road that connects the back half of the brewery complex to the front.

I worked off the sketch that I previously drew.

First, I worked on the track crossing. I painted the top of the rails with some wet brown paint. I placed a piece of cardboard on top of the track aligned to the sketch. This transferred the track curve to the cardboard. I cleaned the paint off the rails. I cut the cardboard along the paint curves. I continued trimming until the cardboard pieces fit into their locations.

I glued down supports for the road in front of the track.

I cut cardboard to fit between the rail and the front edge of the module. I attached the road surface flush with the rail.

I added the road supports between the track and the brew house. The road will slope up between the track and the edge of the brew house.

I glued the down road surface behind the track. I also attached the road piece that goes between the rails.

I continued adding cardboard pieces to form the road.I finished the road. I plan on adding an area for horizontal tanks between the road and the brew house. Next, I am going to work on the pedestrian bridge that connects the two brewery complex halves together.
